  • Payments
    All payments are to be made via invoice, PayPal, or Cash App ($CoGlobal). Full payment is required for all graphic services. If you are a returning client, deposits can be discussed. Drafts will not be sent out until balance is paid in full. All sales are final.
  • Revisions
    At Evita Studios, we provide a revision policy that allows for two rounds of revisions, focusing on minor changes in color, font, or wording. Once the second revision is completed, all graphics are considered final. Additional revisions requested after the initial two will incur a $20 fee per revision. Clients are kindly requested to note their revision requests through email within 24-48 hours of receiving the drafts. We strive to complete revisions within 2-4 business days, but any response received beyond the specified timeframe may result in extended revision timelines. Our goal is to ensure your project's success through effective communication and collaboration
  • Refunds
    At Evita Studios, we strive to provide exceptional graphic services and ensure client satisfaction. As a result, we have established a policy that all transactions are considered final once the design process begins following payment. Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds for our graphic services. However, in rare cases where unforeseen circumstances prevent us from completing a service, we will assess the situation and may issue a refund accordingly. We value open communication and are always available to address any inquiries or concerns you may have. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for further assistance.
  • Turnaround Times
    At Evita Studios, we prioritize prompt service and efficient turnaround times. After receiving payment, the design process begins on the following business day. While our standard turnaround times may vary, we ensure that projects are completed within a maximum of 7 business days. It's important to note that business days exclude weekends and observed holidays. For clients in need of expedited service, we offer a rush option at an additional fee of +$50 to ensure accelerated delivery. We are dedicated to providing transparent and timely service, and our team is available to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding our turnaround times or rush service.

  • Files
    At Evita Studios, you will receive an email notification once your graphics are ready. We kindly ask that you review and provide any necessary revisions within 24-48 hours after receiving the drafts. Our delivered files are in JPEG, PNG, and PDF formats, ensuring compatibility. The original design files (PSD and .AI) will not be included unless specifically requested and may require an additional fee. After the draft period ends and final files are sent, any further changes will incur a $50 fee. We prioritize your satisfaction and aim to make the file delivery and revision process seamless.
